About Zaria
A therapist who knows this journey from the inside out.
I understand what it's like to feel disconnected from yourself, to question whether you're really the problem, and to long for deeper connection while fearing it at the same time.
My own healing journey showed me it’s possible to end the identity confusion, connect to the truth, and to build and strengthen my own sense of self.
As a therapist, I bring personal understanding and psychological knowledge and skill to help you create your own version of healing and reclamation of your self. I'm here to help you understand who you really are: your strengths, your patterns, and your path toward feeling more fully yourself.
